The Impacte Urban Planning Group offers a SaaS platform that combines GIS analysis, energy data, and simulation algorithms to assess the energy status of buildings, communities, and municipalities, as well as project and prioritize actions based on economic, environmental, and social impact.
The solution allows administrations, companies, and energy communities to explore scenarios for rehabilitation, self-consumption, energy poverty, or photovoltaic installations with granular data (building by building) and comparative visual panels; it also facilitates participatory processes and promotes citizen empowerment in decision-making on energy transition.
Founded in 2020 in Valencia, the multidisciplinary team combines experience in data intelligence, energy, and urban planning. Recognized in forums such as Valencia In and awarded in the IDEAS-UPV 2025 Awards, Impacte’s mission is to contribute to resilient and equitable urban planning, paving the way towards more efficient and socially just cities.
