Sunskills
Sunskills is a start-up specialised in vocational training for solar panel installers, focused on providing the photovoltaic sector with qualified talent at a key moment for the energy transition.
The initiative was created and developed with the support of the Universitat Politècnica de València, as part of its entrepreneurial ecosystem and start-up incubator. Its selection to join this environment confirms the innovative nature of the project and its alignment with the new needs of the energy market.
Sunskills offers specific courses and training programmes aimed at professionals working in the installation of photovoltaic solar systems, with a practical and specialised approach. Its proposal responds to the growing demand for skilled technical staff to ensure efficient, safe installations that comply with current regulations.
The start-up is part of a new generation of technology-based companies that have emerged from or are supported by the UPV, alongside other entrepreneurial initiatives in the fields of innovation and automation. In this way, Sunskills helps strengthen the link between training, employability and the development of strategic sectors such as solar energy.
Its goal is to establish itself as a reference in the training of professionals in the photovoltaic sector, providing applied knowledge and contributing to the sustainable growth of an industry in full expansion.
