Preparatory Actions are embryos of rapidly executed projects that allow, in a short time, to reduce the scientific and technical uncertainty of potential projects with high R content. Research personnel from the collaborating company/entity and the UPV participate jointly and in a coordinated manner, and can be proposed by either party.
The ultimate goal is for the company or entity to have a selection of research and innovation projects with a high, proven scientific-technical potential. It is also about orienting them towards topics of interest, with less uncertainty and a greater probability of success, and with a proven scientific-technical team.
The ultimate idea is that, together, public investment in R from national and international calls of interest is achieved.
