SIE’s talent attraction programmes combine career guidance, skills development and direct engagement with the business ecosystem, creating real opportunities for employment.
STAY
STAY is a programme aimed at companies, designed to connect them with final-year students selected for their high professional potential. Through a one-day dynamic session, companies can observe how 100 students, grouped into 10 teams, tackle a series of proposed challenges.
EMPLEA
The EMPLEA programme is focused on promoting female leadership and positioning within organisations. Women in senior roles across various companies mentor UPV students enrolled in the programme, guiding them in solving real-world challenges.
SKILLS UP
SKILLS UP is aimed at students with significant extracurricular involvement, particularly through Generación Espontánea groups or student representation. Its purpose is to strengthen the development of key transversal skills for employability, such as teamwork, communication, leadership and adaptability. For companies, it provides a valuable opportunity to engage with well-rounded, results-oriented talent.
